Counselling for Cookstown

Feel calmer and less alone with what you're carrying. If you live in Cookstown, you can work with Jennifer online or over the phone — with no journey or waiting room.

A counsellor near you, without the journey

Jennifer's sessions take place by video call or telephone, not at an in-person clinic in Cookstown. That means people across County Tyrone — including Moneymore, Pomeroy, Coagh and Stewartstown — can start counselling from home, at a time that suits. The fee and session length are the same either way.

What would you like to feel less of?

  • —Anxiety, constant worry and feeling overwhelmed
  • —Low mood and a harsh inner critic
  • —Grief, bereavement and relationship difficulties
  • —Living with a health condition, including MS, or fertility struggles

Sessions bring together person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic and compassion-focused approaches, centred on helping you replace self-criticism with self-compassion.
