Counselling

Do I need counselling?

Most of us reach a point where things feel too heavy to carry alone. If you're wondering whether counselling could help, here is what it involves and some signs it may be worth exploring.

What is counselling?

Counselling is a safe, confidential space to talk with someone trained to listen without judgement. I won't tell you what to do. Instead, I'll help you notice patterns, make sense of what you're feeling and find a way forward that feels right for you.

You are the expert on your own life. But when stress, illness or loss take over, it can be hard to see clearly. Counselling helps you slow down, be kinder to yourself and feel more like you again.

You don't need a diagnosis

If you're asking the question, that is often answer enough. Counselling can simply be a form of self-care, and reaching out early can stop difficulties from becoming overwhelming.
